The lack of English-speaking staff members hindered communication with non-Russian speaking guests.

Spent an enjoyable New Year's in this small and cozy hotel located in the city center. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the cultural and historical attractions of the city. the staff was friendly, available 24 hours and provided excellent customer service. We particularly appreciated the spotless and comfortable rooms and the good-sized bathroom with a bathtub. we had the option to order breakfast a la carte which can be served either in the dining area or our room.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. Loved the spacious and clean rooms, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to the main attractions and a short walk from some great restaurants. As a bonus, the breakfast options were very tasty and had a good variety to choose from.
Although I had a great time, I wish the mattress was a bit firmer and less soft. , the decor and style of the room seemed a bit outdated.
